Rose-Ann Lee is currently the Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance at Toronto Parking Authority (TPA). TPA is a City agency that operates Bike Share Toronto, municipal on-street metered parking and off-street parking facilities and EV charging in Toronto. As CFO, she is responsible for the financial and strategic oversight of the operating and capital budgets, information technology, treasury and procurement functions.​

Prior to joining TPA, Rose-Ann was the CFO and Treasurer at Toronto Community Housing (TCHC) for 7 years. Before TCHC, Rose-Ann had more than two decades of experience and exposure to a broad range of financial disciplines in progressive roles with publicly-traded telecommunication companies in both Canada and the United States.

Rose-Ann is a Chartered Professional Accountant of Ontario (CPA, CA, CMA) and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.

Rose-Ann joined the Yee Hong Centre Board of Directors in June 2022 and sits on the Quality Committee and Resources Committee.
