Tracy Li is currently the Chief Administrative and Legal Officer of Enercare Inc., one of North America’s largest home and commercial services companies.  She joined Enercare in January 2011 and has played a key role in the transformation of the company and its businesses, including advising through multiple acquisitions, financings, as well as strategic and growth initiatives.  She currently leads the Legal team and has accountability for the Human Resources team at Enercare​.

Prior to joining Enercare, Tracy also practiced law at Shearman & Sterling LLP in Hong Kong and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Vancouver, where she advised international and Canadian clients on equity and debt financings, acquisitions, corporate governance, securities law and other legal matters.

Tracy has a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.

While she has spent some time in Hong Kong, Tracy has also lived in various Canadian cities, including Yellowknife, Edmonton and Vancouver.  She now lives in Markham with her husband and children.  Whether in her professional or personal life, she believes in living by example and treating others the way you want to be treated.

Tracy joined the Yee Hong Centre Board of Directors in June 2022 and sits on the Governance Committee and the Human Resources Committee.
