Our body function changes with ageing. For people that are 65 years and older, how should we adapt our nutritional plan? For instance, when we have bloating, is there anything that we can do? Do we need a higher protein intake with age? Why do we need protein? How can we increase our calcium intake? In this session, we are going to explore these questions together.
