2020年 11 月，頤康中心被 Waterstone Human Capital 公司評為『加拿大最受尊敬的企業文化獎』的獲獎機構之一。 此國家計劃每年都會評選出加拿大各類別機構中有卓越企業文化的機構。頤康中心是加拿大全國『泛公共部門』類別中的十個獲獎機構之一。

2016年 10 月，頤康旗下四所中心以及社會服務部獲加拿大衛生服務鑑證機構 Accreditation Canada 頒授 2016-2020年全面認證及「模範榮譽」；這是該機構表揚頤康致力於高品質和卓越服務的最高榮譽，也是頤康自 1994 年開辦以來連續第七次獲得認證。
